Our DEI branch is spearheaded by Dr Adrienne Milner, ‘The DEI Doc’, a leading DEI culture and policy expert.
As Unthink’s Director of DEI and Insights, they utilise advanced statistical analysis in conjunction with qualitative methodology to audit global companies’ demographics, D&I maturity, and needs of minoritised groups, providing strategic guidance for targeted interventions.
Not only has Dr Milner served as DEI survey designer and policy analyst for governments, the NHS, and companies like Google, Kellogg, and Universal Music, they have authored two books and 40+ peer-reviewed publications related to DEI issues.
