Our actual start up story is one we would love to tell you about sometime. It involves being dropped from a 4th Olympic Games, pregnancies and brain tumours. Unthink was built out of frustration with the L&D world and a desire to do more.

6 years on, we have won multiple awards, worked with the World's biggest brands, we could have only dreamed of, grown our team of A players, and continue to enjoy the journey. We are relentless in our pursuit to modernise learning and development. We are driven by curiosity and obsessed with impact.
