The Challenge

As a rapidly growing company across multiple global locations, senior leadership needed clear and comprehensive insights on how people were both feeling and performing, to maintain cultural, operational, and financial excellence.

The Solution

We deployed surveys that assessed engagement, retention, and talent metrics, as well as attitudes towards senior leaders and managers. We also created cross company 360 feedback reviews focused on individual contributions across performance, innovation, and collaboration.

We then used advanced statistical techniques and thematic analysis of thousands of employee comments to determine important strategic decisions across markets, including development areas, rewards and benefits, and individuals' bonuses.

To ensure methodological rigour and maximise the power of the data:

  • We developed valid and reliable survey questions

  • We hand coded data to capture nuances beyond standard techniques

  • We used both bivariate and multivariate statistical analysis, ensuring reported results were statistically significant

  • We triangulated quantitative findings with qualitative data using content and thematic analysis

  • We presented the results in a simple and digestible way with actionable recommendations
