The Challenge
As siloed workstreams, Gallagher's ERG's were no longer reaching their full potential for inclusion impact.
The Solution
We worked with ERG leads and stakeholders to develop an I&D Network focused on measurable outcomes rather than diversity characteristics (e.g., sex/gender, race/ethnicity, disability, socioeconomic status, etc.).
Through quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, we identified opportunities for upskilling I&D Network members to ignite passion, empower them to drive change across the business, and support their overall career development.
