The Challenge
As part of addressing pay gap in the insurance sector, the Ampl!fy programme equips female talent at the start of their leadership careers with the skills and confidence they need to achieve their career goals at Gallagher.
At Gallagher, they see diversity as a strength and partnered with Unthink to support a greater gender parity within the organisation and actively address this issue and create a more inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees. Over 200 female talents have been through the Ampl!fy programme!
The Solution
Gallagher partnered with Unthink because they knew more of the same would not change anything.
As part of the five-month programme, each cohort of 25 women enjoy four face to face remarkably different learning experiences, hearing insights and lived experiences from diverse speakers. The programme is designed to the specific needs of the participant, with the programme exploring the topics: embracing failures, being unignorable, brave conversations, challenging upwards and epic storytelling with impact. Ampl!fy, now in its third year, and ninth programme cohort, continues intends to empower the female leaders and build a roadmap to success.
