Legend is an immersive, experiential program designed specifically for first-time managers and technical experts stepping into leadership roles.

Across four dynamic learning experiences, 30 managers developed essential skills in collaboration, feedback, performance coaching, storytelling, and leadership accountability. Managers experimented with failing fast, group accountability sessions reflect, and practice in a safe environment, turning technical expertise into confident, people-first leadership. The new leaders emerged ready to inspire, align, and drive high-performing teams in a fast-scaling (4 x the organisational size by the end of this programme) start-up world
